Less service and more satisfaction

Less is more, less is more, less is more… We’ve heard, and said, this words so often they didn’t mean anything anymore. Just another business mantra.

But sometimes you find a real example of why this is true. I was in Prague. And I was thirsty. And while I was searching my room looking for a bottle of mineral water, I found this note.

I'm going to give you tap water, and you're going to be happy

We are not going to give you bottled water, the people in the Josef Hotel explains, but we are going to let you feel healthy, and wise and committed with the environment while filling the carafe and drinking our tap water. Less service. Smart presentation. More satisfaction.

And a remarkable experience. Just at the cost of a carafe and a brief note.
